A day's notice helps, but we take bookings any time — dispatch answers 24/7 and turns quotes around as fast as we can.

We use these details to reply to your request and prepare a quote.

What we collect: your name, email address, your company if you give one, what you tell us about your shipment, and the network address the request was sent from — that last one only to limit how many enquiries a single sender can file in a day.
Why: to reply to your request and prepare a quotation.
Who sees it: your request is recorded on our own system, where it is readable by Rongcales staff in one admin console that also covers enquiries for our sister businesses. Where staff email alerts are switched on, a copy also goes to the shared Rongcales inbox at info@rongcales.com. It is also held by the service providers that run this website — our hosting, database and email providers. Never sold, and never shared for marketing.
Automated processing: no AI reads your request, but two checks run automatically before anyone sees it. A hidden anti-spam field is checked first: if anything has filled it in — a browser's autofill included — the request is discarded without being stored, and this page still says it was sent. There is also a limit of five requests a day from one internet connection, and the sixth is refused with a message. Nothing else about you is decided automatically. So if you do not hear back, please call dispatch on the numbers above or email us directly rather than assume your request arrived.
Retention: deletion is not automated, so your request stays on file until you ask us to remove it. Ask any time and we will.
Cookies and storage: if you use the chat, your browser is given an anonymous rc_visitor_id cookie that lasts a year so a conversation can be picked back up. Your browser also holds the conversation's reference for 24 hours so a reload can rejoin the thread — but the messages themselves are not kept there. Every message is saved on our system as you send it, is readable by staff in the same admin console, and stays there until you ask us to remove it.
